What is atelierkuntal.com returns policy?

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience. We assure you that all products sold on Krina Associates are brand new and 100% genuine.

In case the product you have received is damaged we will replace it for free.

How do I return an item purchased on atelierkuntal.com ?

Returns and exchanges are easy, simply follow these steps. The returns and exchanges are to be informed within 7 days of purchase. Contact us and provide Order ID details.

We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the return process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. You can return the item through the courier service. Return fees are borne by the buyer.

Note: You can return a product 7 days from the time of delivery.

In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you excluding shipping will be transferred to your account. Replacement is subject to availability of stock

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns : Return request is made outside the specified time frame Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it Product has been tampered with or missing purchase tags Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories like Duppata, Kameez bottoms etc that complement the product.

Returns/ exchange or refund is not possible against Jewellery unless there is a quality issue.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

For refunds :Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days and Return duration will be 3 working days.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

What is exchange policy ?

We do not accept exchanges. All purchases are final.

Where should I raise a dispute?

Write to us at customercare@atelierkuntal.com in case you want to raise a dispute. We look at each dispute on a case-by- case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
